Unsolicited email just received from a customer…..nice job Nimsoft support. This is why we are different.
It is my understanding that you are the person I should contact regarding the stellar support I have gotten from some of your support individual’s as of late. In the last few weeks I have open several support cases and have dealt with both xxxx and xxxxx. These individuals have blown away support I have received from other companies in the past. HP, IBM, and Microsoft come to mind. So much so that I sought you out to pass these praises on. In each case, these individuals quickly responded, where very knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me a little more on the product.
This level of support is very much appreciated.
